Russell Glyn-Cuthbert
(F.S.S.A.M) (N.S.H)

Russell Glyn-Cuthbert, born in Johannesburg and attended school at Jeppe High. He has been involved in land development and off-plan selling since 1968 as a sales consultant for Gough Cooper Homes, eventually leading the marketing and sales team at Group Five.

Since 1994, as Managing Director of Rusking, he has been involved in numerous developments and personally been responsible for the sale of thousands of off-plan ventures – usually sold to first homeowners – throughout the country.

He is actively involved in designing new and innovative homes and cost-effective construction methods.

Jon Budge

Sales director

He has always been interactive with consumers and aggressive selling.

Also schooled in the Gough Cooper approach, he has developed a skill in selecting the right product from the market. Jon has headed the Sales and Marketing at Rusking since 2001, although his involvement in previous developments goes back to the late eighties.
