The directors of the Rusking Group, Russell Glyn-Cuthbert and Jon Budge, have a hands-on approach to their management style.

Our combined experience in the building industry spans over 59 years – specialising in selling home packages off-plan. RUSKING has developed a skill in marketing cluster homes and townhouses off-plan in the shortest time possible.

The head office is based in Gauteng , but our skills and experience in project selling enable us to operate throughout the country.

Although our professionalism is mainly in marketing and the direct selling of the individual units, we are competent in facilitating project management strategies providing a holistic service by developing and executing service plans to keep you, the client, satisfied. This entails assembling a team of professionals with a specific brief which will enable each discipline to perform in unison with the entire team to obtain maximum efficiency and effectiveness – at competitive rates – to promote successful and profitable results for the developer.

Our staff compliment brings over 70 years of experience in this specialised field of selling and administering off-plan built units. We are often employed to sell upmarket schemes; however our strength is, without doubt, in the middle-income bracket where we are leaders in our field.
